About this statute

This article ratifies the Mali–Rwanda Air Services Agreement and makes it fully effective. This article assigns implementation of the Order to the Prime Minister and the named ministers. Contracting parties may designate airlines, and the other contracting party must grant operating authorization once a designation is received, subject to stated conditions. This Order takes effect on the date it is published in the Official Gazette of Rwanda. Each contracting party may revoke, suspend, or add conditions to the other party’s designated airline’s operating rights, and normally must consult the other party first.
