Ingingo ya 2: Amafaranga yishyurwa n’ubikishije intwaro Article 2: Fees paid for storage of a firearm Article 2 : Frais à payer pour la garde d’une arme à feu Ingingo ya 2: Amafaranga yishyurwa n’ubikishije intwaro Article 2: Fees paid for storage of a firearm Article 2 : Frais à payer pour la garde d’une arme à feu intwaro mu bubiko Ubikishije rusange bw’intwaro yishyura ku munsi amafaranga y’u Rwanda: Any person who wants his/her firearm to be kept in the national arsenal shall pay per day: Toute personne qui désire confier la garde d’une arme à feu au dépôt général est tenue de payer par jour le montant de: 1° ibihumbi bibiri (2.000 Frw) ku ntwaro imwe yo mu bwoko bwa Pisitori; 1° two thousand Rwandan francs per day (Rwf 2,000) for One Pistol, 2° ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw) kuri buri mbunda ku zindi mbunda zitari ubwoko bwa Pisitori; 2° five thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 5,000) for any other firearms; 1° deux mille francs rwandais (2.000 Frw) pour chaque arme à feu de type Pistolet; 2° cinq mille francs rwandais (5.000 Frw) pour toute arme d’autre type; 3° ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw) ku mbunda imikino, igenewe imwe guhiga cyangwa kumurika. 3° five thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 5,000) for firearms designated for sports, hunting or exhibition. 3° cinq mille francs rwandais (5.000 Frw) pour les armes à feu de jeux de tir, de chasse ou d’exposition. Amasasu n’ibindi bijyana na byo, bipimwa ku biro, buri kilo kishyurirwa amafaranga y’u Rwanda ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw) ku iyo ayo masasu ari munsi. Nyamara ay’imbunda guhiga cyangwa kumurika, amafaranga atangwa ni ibihumbi bibiri (2.000 Frw) ku kilo kandi ku munsi. zigenewe imikino, Amunition and other related materials shall be weighed in kilograms and shall be paid five thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 5,000) for each kilogram per day. However if those ammunitions are for firearms designed for sports, hunting or exhibition, the fees shall be two thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 2,000 ) for each kilogram and per day. Les munitions et autres matériels connexes sont mesurés par kilogramme et le prix à payer est cinq mille francs rwandais (5.000 Frw) par kilogramme et par jour. Cependant si ces munitions sont pour les armes à feu de jeu de tir, de chasse ou d’exposition, les frais à payer sont de deux mille francs rwandais (2.000 Frw) par jour et par kilogramme.
