The model and modalities of issuing the driving license shall be determined by an Order of the Minister in charge of transport. Sous réserve des dispositions des articles 29 et 30 du présent arrêté, un véhicule de transport public ou de transport de marchandise ne doit pas dépasser une vitesse de soixante kilomètre par heure (60 km/h). Any public or goods transport vehicle must be equipped with speed governors to control maximum road speed. The speed governors shall be specified in applicable national standards developed by the authority in charge of standards development in the Country.
