(c) If the offence had been tried and a binding court decision was made in the State required to extradite, or in a third contracting State. Article Extradition Six: Postponed Or Conditioned Article conditionnée Six: Extradition reportée ou If the wanted person is under investigation, trial or convicted of another crime in the State required to deliver him, the extradition of such person shall be postponed until the end of investigation, the trial or the penalty period.
