Article 2: Format of the badge of a bailiff Article 2: Forme de l’insigne d’un huissier Article 2: Format of the badge of a bailiff Article 2: Forme de l’insigne d’un huissier Ikirango cy’umuhesha w’inkiko kigizwe n’umwambaro w’agakoti gakozwe mu mwenda w’umweru w’ubwoko bwa MATT ROULEAU- TEX. The identification badge of a bailiff shall consist of a jacket made from a white piece of cloth of MATT ROULEAU-TEX material. L’insigne d'identification d'un huissier de justice consiste en un gilet fait d'un morceau de tissu blanc du genre MATT ROULEAU- TEX. Agakoti kavuzwe mu gika cya mbere cy’iyi ngingo karangwa n’ibi bikurikira: The jacket mentioned in Paragraph One of this Article shall be characterized by the following: Le gilet mentionné à l’alinéa premier du présent article est caractérisé par ce qui suit : 1° amagambo “UMUHESHA W’INKIKO” yanditse mu nyuguti nkuru kandi mu ibara ry’umukara agaragara mu mugongo w’agakoti; 2° igishushanyo cy’umunzani kiri imbere ibumoso kiri mu mabara y’Ibendera ry’Igihugu, kandi munsi yawo hakaba handitseho “Umuhesha amagambo w’Inkiko” mu ibara ry’umukara; 1° words “UMUHESHA W’INKIKO” written in capital letters and in black color appear at the back of the jacket; 2° weighing scale with National Flag colors at the left front, and below there shall appear words “Umuhesha w’Inkiko” written in black color; 1° les «UMUHESHA mots lettres W'INKIKO » majuscules et en noir apparaissent à l'arrière du gilet; écrits en 2° une icône de la balance des couleurs du Drapeau National à l'avant gauche et, l’inscription «Umuhesha w’Inkiko» de couleur noire; dessous, en 3° agatambaro kagaragaraho amazina y’umuhesha w’inkiko na numero za telefoni ye mu ibara ry’umukara kometse hejuru ku ruhande rw’iburyo rw’agakoti; 4° imbere no mu mugongo h’agakoti hagaragaraho akamenyetso kabengerana kari mu ry’umweru ku buryo kagaragara ku muntu uri mu ntera ya metero ijana nibura (100 m). ibara 3° a printed black piece of cloth bearing the names of the bailiff and his/her telephone number shall be placed at the upper right front of the jacket; 3° un galon de couleur noire imprimée portant l'huissier de les noms de justice et son numéro de téléphone est placé au devant à droite du gilet; 4° at the front and the back of the jacket shall appear a white reflecting sign that shall be visible from at least one hundred meters (100 m). 4° à l’avant comme à l’arrière du gilet apparait un insigne reflétant de couleur blanche visible à cent mètres (100 m) au moins. 73 Official Gazette nᵒ 47 of 23/11/2015

Ingingo ya 3: Urwego rushinzwe gutanga ikirango cy’umuhesha w’inkiko Article 3: Organ responsible for issuance of the badge of a bailiff Article 3: Organe chargé de la délivrance de l’insigne d’un huissier ya Ingingo gukurikizwa 4: Igihe iteka ritangira Ingingo ya 3: Urwego rushinzwe gutanga ikirango cy’umuhesha w’inkiko Article 3: Organ responsible for issuance of the badge of a bailiff Article 3: Organe chargé de la délivrance de l’insigne d’un huissier Ikirango cy’umuhesha w’inkiko gitangwa n’urwego umuhesha w’inkiko akoreramo. The badge of a bailiff shall be issued by the organ within which the bailiff practices. L’insigne de l’huissier est délivré par l’organe au sein duquel l’huissier exerce ses fonctions.
