Public servants that were employed by the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide are placed in accorandance with laws governing public servants. Les agents qui étaient employés par la Commission Nationale de Lutte contre le Génocide sont placés conformément aux lois régissant les agents de l’État.

Property, contracts and liabilities of the former National Commission for the Fight against Genocide are transferred to the Ministry in charge of National Unity and Civic Engagement. Le patrimoine, les contrats et le passif de l’ancienne Commission Nationale de Lutte contre le Génocide sont transférés au Ministère ayant l’Unité Nationale et l’Engagement Civique dans ses attributions.

Article 5: Repealing a law and all prior legal provisions contrary to this Law Article 5: Abrogation d’une loi et toutes les dispositions légales antérieures contraires à la présente loi Law n° 015/2021 of 03/03/2021 governing the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide and all prior legal provisions contrary to this Law are repealed.
