Law n° 22/2011 of 28/06/2011 establishing the for Children and National Commission determining its mission, organisation and functioning is repealed. La Loi n° 22/2011 du 28/06/2011 portant création de la Commission nationale pour les Enfants et déterminant sa mission, son organisation et son fonctionnement est abrogée.

Public servants of the former National Commission for Children are placed at the disposal of the Ministry in charge of Public Service and managed in accordance with relevant laws. Les agents de l’ancienne Commission nationale pour les Enfants sont mis à la disposition du Ministère ayant la fonction publique dans ses attributions et sont gérés conformément à la législation en la matière.
