The meeting of the Steering Committee is convened any time it is considered necessary upon invitation by the Minister in charge of finance and economic planning or, in his/her absence, by the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Development Board. However, members of the Steering Committee who are unable to attend a meeting may provide their opinions by electronic communication or any other means approved by the Steering Committee. Cependant, les membres du Comité Directeur qui ne sont pas capables de participer à la réunion peuvent émettre leurs avis au moyen de communication électronique ou de tout autre moyen approuvé par le Comité Directeur.

Article 5: Invitation of resource person in meetings of the Steering Committee Article 5: Invitation d’une personne ressource aux réunions du Comité Directeur The Steering Committee may invite in its meetings any person from whom it may seek advice on a certain item on the agenda. That person is chosen on the basis of his/her specific skills but is not allowed to vote. Le Comité Directeur peut inviter, à ses réunions, toute personne dont il peut obtenir des conseils sur un point inscrit à l’ordre du jour. Cette personne est choisie sur base de sa compétence particulière mais elle n’est pas autorisée à voter.

Rwanda Development Board serves as the secretariat of the Steering Committee. L’Office pour la Promotion du Développement au Rwanda assure le secrétariat du Comité Directeur.

Steering Committee resolutions are signed by its members present immediately at the end of the meeting. The original copy of the report of the Steering Committee meeting is kept by Rwanda Development Board and a copy thereof is transmitted to other members of the Steering Committee. Les résolutions du Comité Directeur sont immédiatement signées par ses membres présents après la séance de la réunion. La copie originale du rapport de réunion est gardée par l’Office pour la Promotion du Développement au Rwanda et une copie est transmise aux autres membres du Comité Directeur.

The Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, the Minister of Infrastructure and the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Development Board are entrusted with the implementation of this Order.
