The 1928 Convention is further amended by the present Protocol in accordance with the aims expressed in Article I. The text of the Convention as so amended is set out in the Appendix to the present Protocol of which it forms an integral part. The present Protocol shall remain open for signature by Governments Parties to the 1928 Convention at Paris from November 30th, 1972 until November 29th, 1973 and thereafter shall remain open for accession by them. 1. The present Protocol shall enter into force on the date on which twenty-nine States shall have become parties to it in accordance with the provisions of Article III.
