Each Party must establish jurisdiction over certain offences in specified territorial and vessel/aircraft cases, and may do so in some additional nationality and related cross-border cases. Each Party must adopt measures to enable confiscation and give authorities power to identify, freeze, seize, and order production of related records. Requests under this article must include specified supporting information, and each Party must send the Secretary-General its implementing laws and later changes.
