''The rate of the levy on petrol and gas oil is set at one hundred fifteen Rwandan francs (Frw 115) per liter of petrol or gas oil.'' ''Le taux de la redevance sur l'essence et le mazout est fixé à cent-quinze francs rwandais (115 Frw) par litre d'essence ou de mazout.''
