An Order of the Minister in charge of health shall determine how such a profession shall be conducted. In any case, an associate Nurse shall be accountable on the basis of his/her performance and shall be liable before a registered Nurse for all the tasks assigned. 3° “ infirmière associée” ou infirmier associé” : la personne détenant un diplôme de niveau A2 ou équivalent. She works under direct or indirect supervision of a registered Midwife. It may be transferred elsewhere in Rwanda if deemed necessary. Le siège du Conseil National est établi dans la Ville de Kigali, Capitale de la République du Rwanda.
