Le Registraire général raye le nom de la société de personnes étrangère du registre des sociétés de personnes à l’expiration de six (6) mois à compter de la date de transmission de l’avis de cessation d’entreprise commerciale. A foreign partnership that ceases to carry on its business in Rwanda transmits to the Registrar General the books and documents referred to in Article 15 of this Law within thirty (30) days from the date on which he or she is notified by the foreign partnership of cessation of its business. The Registrar General retains them for a period of ten (10) years from the day of transmission of such books and documents to him or her.
