Any Contracting Party to this Treaty may, at any time, request a Member Organization of FAO that is a Contracting Party to this Treaty to provide information as the Member to which, Organization and its Member States, is responsible for the implementation of any particular matter covered by this Treaty. Each Contracting Party shall, subject to national legislation, and in cooperation with other Contracting Parties where appropriate, promote an integrated approach to the exploration, conservation and sustainable use of plant genetic resources for food and in particular, as agriculture and shall appropriate: sa 1.
