AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE COLLABORATIVE AFRICA BUDGET REFORM INITIATIVE

Member States shall accord CABRI and the officials of the Secretariat and other CABRI institutions such privileges and immunities as are necessary for the exercise of their functions and performance of their duties and shall facilitate the activities undertaken in the promotion of the objectives of CABRI in accordance with the domestic laws of the Member States. 1.
