This article concerns allowances for authorities of the Supreme Court after their term of office ends. This article says the law was drafted, considered, and adopted in Kinyarwanda. Any earlier legal provisions that conflict with this Law are repealed. This law starts to apply on the day it is published in the Official Gazette of Rwanda. Former Supreme Court Presidents and Vice Presidents may receive salary and listed benefits for six months after their term ends, if they left without relevant misconduct or conviction.
