Ingingo ya 2: Uburenganzira bwo gusura Article 2: Right to visit Article 2: Droit de visite Ingingo ya 2: Uburenganzira bwo gusura Article 2: Right to visit Article 2: Droit de visite Umuntu wese ukorera TIG mu ngando afite uburenganzira bwo gusura umuryango we mu gihe cy’ iminsi icumi (10) mu mwaka. Iminsi yo gusura ishobora gutangwa ikomatanye cyangwa mu bihe bitandukanye by’umwaka. Iminsi yo gusura yongerwa ku gihe yari kuzarangirizaho igihano cye.

Ingingo ya 3: Uburenganzira bw’umuntu ukora TIG ataha Article 3: Right of a person serving TIG residing in her/his home Article 3: Droit de la persone exécutant les TIG de proximité Ingingo ya 3: Uburenganzira bw’umuntu ukora TIG ataha Hanze y’amasaha ateganyirizwa gukora ku munsi, umuntu wese ukora TIG ataha iwe agira uburenganzira bwose bugenerwa umuturage keretse gusa ubwo amategeko n’amateka atamuteganyiriza. Any person serving TIG shall have the right to visit his/her familly members for a period of ten (10) days per year. Toute personne exécutant les TIG a le droit de visiter sa famille pour une période de dix (10) jours par an. The visit period may be given in one time or in different periods of the year. La période de visite peut être accordée en une fois ou en différentes périodes de l’année. The visit period shall be added to the period of his/her sanction. La période de visite est ajoutée sur la durée de la peine restant à purger. Article 3: Right of a person serving TIG residing in her/his home Article 3: Droit de la persone exécutant les TIG de proximité Over stipulated hours per day, any person serving TIG while residing at his/her home shall have all the rights except those not allowed to him/her by laws and regulations. En dehors des heures requises par jour, toute personne exécutant les TIG résidant chez soi a tous les droits à l’exception de ceux lui limités par les lois et arrêtés.
