Article 5: Résiliation du contrat à Lorsqu’une institution publique ou privée qui a accueilli les condamnés aux TIG ne respecte pas ses obligations l’hébergement, relatives l’alimentation des condamnés aux TIG ou l’organisation de leurs travaux, RCS peut résilier le contrat conclu avec elle et transférer les condamnés aux TIG sur un autre site sans aucune réclamation de dommages et intérêts de la part de l’institution qui les avait accueillis. Le contrat prévoit la procédure pour sa résiliation.
