Ingingo ya 9: Itegurwa n’iyemezwa by’ingengo ikoreshwa na FONERWA y’imari and immovable property, Movable liabilities and denomination of National Forestry Fund are hereby transferred into the property used by FONERWA. FONERWA is given a period not exceeding twelve (12) months from the date of publication of this Law in the the Republic of Official Gazette of formerly to merge activities Rwanda performed by the National Forestry Fund.

Ingingo ya 12: Itegurwa, n’itorwa ry’iri tegeko isuzumwa Article 12: Drafting, consideration and adoption of this Law FONERWA dispose d‟un délai ne dépassant pas douze (12) mois à compter du jour de la publication de la présente loi au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda pour fusionner les activités qui étaient assurées par le Fonds Forestier National.
