Statute overview

About this statute

This Order sets the rules for recruiting and managing public servants on employment contracts, and for weekly working hours and how they are applied. A state organ may recruit a public servant on an employment contract in specified cases, but for recruitment based on rare skills or urgent services it must first request written authorization from the Ministry in charge of public service. An authorization request file for recruiting a public servant under an employment contract must include the justification, job position and duties, contract duration, and source of funds. Recruitment of a public servant under an employment contract must follow the modalities set by the relevant laws. A successful public servant candidate must sign an employment contract with the recruiting State organ.
