It may be transferred elsewhere in Rwanda if deemed necessary. The invitation shall be in writing and submitted to Academicians at least fifteen (15) days before the meeting is held. Iyo bidashobotse, ibyemezo bifatwa ku bwiganze burunduye bw’abahari. Decisions shall be taken by consensus. If not possible, decisions shall be taken by absolute majority vote of members present.
