This Law establishes Rwanda Land Management and Use Authority hereafter referred to as “the Authority”. its mission, It also determines organisation and functioning. La présente loi porte création de l’Office Rwandais de Gestion et d’Utilisation Foncières ci-après dénommé “l’Office”. Elle détermine également ses missions, son organisation et son fonctionnement.

The Authority has legal personality, enjoys administrative and financial autonomy and is governed in accordance with the relevant laws.
