For the purposes of this Law, an aircraft is deemed to be “in flight” from the moment its external doors are closed following embarkation until the moment they are opened for disembarkation. In the event of a forced landing, the aircraft shall be deemed to be in flight until the competent authorities take over responsibility for the aircraft and the persons and goods on board; 2° security restricted area: areas of an airport which are identified as priority risk areas where passenger access is subject to security screening before boarding an aircraft. 7° security survey: an evaluation of security needs, including the identification of vulnerabilities which could be exploited to carry out unlawful acts and recommendations for possible remedies; 8° screening: an act intended to identify or detect weapons, explosives or other dangerous devices which may be used to commit an unlawful act; 9° goods: cargo transported by aircraft; 10° emergency situation: an emergency, war or natural disaster which may necessitate the use of an aircraft; 11° unsafe implements and food: food and other supplies that have not been subjected to appropriate security controls; 27° security control: measures to prevent the introduction of weapons, explosives or other dangerous devices, articles or substances which may be used to commit unlawful acts; 28° background check: a check of a person‟s identity, previous experience and personal history as part of an assessment of the person‟s good l‟aviation ; 36° escorted passengers: any traveller who is the prosecution or under administrative authorities; the supervision of 37° regulated agent or company: a representative of an agency or a certain company, freight forwarder or other entity who conducts business in an airport in accordance with the regulations of the Authority which are related to security; 38° airport operator: a person, organization or enterprise responsible for the administration and operations of an airport; 39° authorized person: a person designated by the Authority because of his or her competence in matters relating to civil aviation; 40° security: safeguarding operations of civilian aircrafts and airports against unlawful acts through a combination of measures against unlawful acts by use of human and material resources; 41° sabotage: an act intended to destroy, endanger or interfere with civil aviation or operations at airports;
