8° donner l’autorisation d’enterrement, en cas d’absence du certificat de décès délivré par un médecin habilité; 9° gukusanya imibare fatizo y’ubuzima rusange bw’Akagari no ku Munyamabanga kuyigeza Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge; 13° to manage the assets of the Cell; 13° gérer le patrimoine de la Cellule; 14° gushyira mu bikorwa no gukurikirana ishyirwa mu bikorwa rya gahunda zemejwe n’inzego zibifitiye ububasha zisumbuye n’izindi n’Inama zemejwe Njyanama y’Akagari; 14° to implement and monitor the implementation programs of resolved by competent higher authorities and those resolved by the Cell Council; 14° mettre en œuvre et assurer la mise en œuvre des programmes définis par supérieures instances compétentes ainsi que ceux définis par le Conseil de la Cellule;
