Article 18 : Organic law n° 22/2004 of 13/08/2004 on the Statute of Public Prosecutors and Personnel of the Public Prosecution Service is complemented by article 110 bis worded as follows: “Article 110 bis: Prosecutors and the Personnel of the Prosecution who were appointed in Districts, Municipalities, Provinces and in the City of Kigali in respect of organic law n° 22/2004 of 13/08/2004 on the Statute of Prosecutors and the Personnel of the Prosecution Service are considered as such until they are reappointed in new posts. Prosecutors and personnel of the Prosecution Service mentioned in the first paragraph of this article shall be appointed in the new structures of the Prosecution Service at a Lower Instance and at a Higher Instance regardless of the provisions of article 8 of organic law n° 22/2004 of 13/08/2004 on the Statute of Public Prosecutors and Personnel of the Public Prosecution Service.” Article 18 : A la Loi organique n° 22/2004 du 13/08/2004 portant statut des Officiers du Ministère Public et du personnel du Parquet, il est ajouté l’ article 110 bis libellé comme suit : « Article 110 bis : Les Officiers du Ministère Public et le personnel du Parquet qui étaient affectés dans les Districts et les Villes, dans les Provinces et la Ville de Kigali, conformément à la Loi organique n° 22/2004 du 13/08/2004 portant statut des Officiers du Ministère Public et du personnel du Parquet continuent d’être considérés comme tels jusqu’à leurs nouvelles affectations.
