Le Rwanda adhère au Traité de Budapest sur la reconnaissance internationale du dépôt des micro-organismes aux fins de la procédure en matière de brevets, adopté à Budapest, le 28 avril 1977 et modifié le 26 septembre 1980, annexé au présent arrêté, et ce Traité sort son plein et entier effet.
