The Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the International Vaccine Institute, done in Kigali, Rwanda, on 25 November 2024, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord de siège entre le Gouvernement de la l’International République du Rwanda et Vaccine Institute, fait à Kigali au Rwanda, le 25 novembre 2024, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
