The Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Smart Africa Secretariat concerning the hosting of the headquarters of Smart Africa, done at Addis Ababa, on 31 January 2016, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord de Siège entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Secrétariat de Smart Africa concernant l’hébergement du siège de Smart Africa, fait à Addis-Abeba, le 31 janvier 2016, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
