Statute overview

About this statute

Registration fees are fixed or proportional. This article sets fees for registration-certificate services, related inscriptions, deletions, mortgage renewals, leases, and later annotations, and doubles certain fees when a new certificate replaces one that was destroyed or lost. Proportional duties are collected according to the tariff set out in the following articles. A six percent fee applies to transfers of already registered immovable property or shares in it. An acquisition of private ownership by contract is treated as a mutation and is subject to a 6% duty.
