Statute overview
About this statute
This article amends Article 4 of Ordinance No. 22/408 on labour contract implementing measures. The Governor of Province must set the daily minimum wage by region. The employer must give a worker a blanket when employment starts, and replace it at the employer’s expense in certain cases. The provision also lets the Provincial Governor set the regional minimum daily wage. The blanket must be renewed every 12 months; the worker gets ownership after 12 months of use; and if the blanket is lost, destroyed, or given up before that, it is replaced at the worker’s cost unless the worker proves it happened outside his will. The last paragraph of Annex VII on the model work booklet is repealed and replaced with new text about recording payments and the worker’s personal pension contribution.
