The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the State of Israel, done at Jerusalem, on 07th January 2019, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de l’État d’Israël, fait à Jérusalem, le 07 janvier 2019, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
