The Agreement relating to Air Transport between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, done at Kigali, on 14th January 2019, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République de Guinée Équatoriale, fait à Kigali, le 14 janvier 2019, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Infrastructure, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning are entrusted with the implementation of this Order. le Ministre des Le Premier Ministre, Infrastructures, le Ministre des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération Internationale la le Ministre des Finances et de et Planification Économique sont chargés de l’exécution du présent arrêté.
