The Bilateral Air Service Agreement between Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Singapore, done at Rwanda, on 14th June 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord bilatéral relatif aux Services Aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République de Singapour, fait au Rwanda, le 14 juin 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
