The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, done at Kigali, on 20th February 2017, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République de l’Inde et le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda, fait à Kigali, le 20 février 2017, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
