The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, done at Nairobi, on 13th December 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif aux Services Aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement du Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite, fait à Nairobi, le 13 décembre 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
