L’Accord bilatéral relatif au service aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République de Sierra Leone, fait à Nairobi, le 12 décembre 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
