The Agreement relating to Air Transport between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Benin, done at Cotonou, on 23rd March 2016, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République du Bénin, fait à Cotonou, le 23 mars 2016, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
