The Bilateral Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde, done at Abuja, on 21st November 2017, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord bilatéral relatif au service aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République du Cap-Vert, fait à Abuja, le 21 novembre 2017, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
