L’Accord relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République de Côte d’Ivoire fait à Abidjan, le 27 novembre 2015, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
