The Agreement between the Governments of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Rwanda concerning Air Services done at Kigali, on 25 February 2016, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord entre les Gouvernements de la République Fédérale Démocratique d’Éthiopie et la République du Rwanda concernant les services aériens fait à Kigali, le 25 février 2016, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
