The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, done at Nairobi, on 13th December 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République Hellénique et le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda, fait à Nairobi, le 13 décembre 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
