The Bilateral Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique, done at Kigali, on 20th July 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord bilatéral relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République du Mozambique, fait à Kigali, le 20 juillet 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
