The Bilateral Air Services agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Uganda done at Kigali, on 10 December 2015, annexed to this Order is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord bilatéral relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République d’Ouganda fait à Kigali, le 10 décembre 2015, annexé au présent arrêté est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
