The Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Togo, done at Kigali, on 22nd May 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’accord relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République Togolaise, fait à Kigali, le 22 mai 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
