L’Accord bilatéral relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République Centrafricaine fait à Kigali, le 04 novembre 2015, annexé au présent arrêté est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
