The Agreement relating to Air Transport between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Mali, done at Kigali, on 13th February 2017, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord relatif au transport aérien entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République du Mali, fait à Kigali, le 13 février 2017, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
