The Bilateral Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the Republic of Ghana, done in Kigali, on 21st May 2018, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord bilatéral relatif aux services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de la République du Ghana, fait à Kigali, le 21 mai 2018, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
