The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of Saint Lucia, signed at Kigali, Rwanda, on 26 June 2022, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord sur les services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement de Sainte-Lucie, signé à Kigali, au Rwanda, le 26 juin 2022, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
