The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, signed at Kigali, Rwanda, on 23 June 2022, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord sur les services aériens entre le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda et le Gouvernement d’Antigua-et-Barbuda, signé à Kigali, au Rwanda, le 23 juin 2022, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
