The Air Services Agreement between Government of Malaysia and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, done at Aqaba, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on 4 December 2019, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective. L’Accord sur les services aériens entre le Gouvernement de Malaisie et le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda, fait à Aqaba, le le 4 Royaume Hachémite de Jordanie, décembre 2019, annexé au présent arrêté, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
